Books & More

We are very proud of our in store book selection! We bring new books in every day, and the stock is always rotating. This store stock is not cataloged, so come in and ask us to help you find sections or particular books. We also have a warehouse (on site but not public) which is cataloged and searchable.

Yes, we do take books. You can get either trade credit (to be used on other used books in store) or, selectively, we offer cash for some books/collections. If you have less than 4 boxes, feel free to bring them by anytime. We do not generally price or make offers on the spot, as we are generally in the midst of other people’s books. You can leave your books here with your contact info and we will contact you.

For larger collections (200 - 1000 books), please call ahead, as sometimes we are swamped with books already, and might ask you to wait a few days. For very large collections of 1000+ books, call and ask for Elaine or Xan specifically.

Please do not bring us books that are falling apart, moldy, contain living or dead bugs, covered in pet fur and dander, etc. Please check your books for personal papers like social security cards, checks, medical records, etc.
