A community Salon! Webster's and Race Street Brew Works host a dinner salon featuring a prix fixe menu of 
*Vegan Shepherd's Pie w/ sweet potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and lentils
*Salmon with Spicy Olive Tapenade
*Chicken Stuffed w/ Mushrooms, Provolone, and Marinara
-Kale Salad w/ cranberries & carrots w/ cranberry vinaigrette
-Roasted potatoes
-Cannellini Beans w/ fennel and mustard
-Pie or a gluten-free dessert option of fruit is available. 
The dinners are all GF. Race Street Brew Works Pop-Up cash bar will be available throughout the event. Repertoire includes: the music of Domenico Dragonneti, Arvo Pärt, and Franz Joseph Haydn!
